Handcrafted clay millefiori designs inlaid, fired and then glued into vintage cabochons and settings from various defunct manufacturers. These gift and jewelry making facilities of the mid century are currently apartments or demolished into other retail buildings etc. I have visited decrepit buildings and defunct factories. Now I find locations where the contents of these sites are combined to sort through. My resources are New York City, Providence RI, California, Tennessee, France, Connecticut and hopefully my journey brings me elsewhere! My clay work is durable, does not fade and is removed after firing to then reset with adhesive and glaze. Sometimes I find 5 pieces or 500 pieces, know that each piece you wear is limited, unique and vintage with modern clay. Thank you for visiting!
